Well I have a new job (been here for about 4 weeks) Trying to find a good steady pace of hoop practice! I wake up at 530 to just hoop on my body for cardio workout nothing special...than if i have enough time during my lunch break i practice some new tricks, and than i go home and practice for another half hour. I'm finally getting horizontal elbow hooping, the passing is what kills me. I normaly hoop to the left...but oddly enough when i hoop on my right elbow horozintaly and than pass i can…

Everyone usually hates mondays, BUT i have mondays off hehe, I also went for a job interview today and it went very well!!! I hope i get it!! To celebrate the good energy i decided to hoop before it got to hot today, and I nailed a few new hoop tricks, the shoulder alteration, scissors with the legs, picking the hoop up from my legs (first time i'm so syked!) full circle with elbow hooping, vertical chest hooping, and vertical shoulder hooping!! also got the stirring the pot jump into vortex…

so I was in a little bit of a hooping funk, but i'm feeling much better, I got to hoop outside...the weather was perfect for it!! It has been sooooooooooo hot ouside making feel blah and trapt inside! but today i freed myself!! I even felt so good with how I was doing i posted a progression video =)
