Well well, it's been a while!

That's just how it goes though...I often leave big gaps between everything I do and come back to it when I'm feeling inspired.



This year is going to be a great year for hooping! I'm finally achieving levels of confidence that are letting me flourish in so many ways and I am reaching out to other hoopers to play and learn with.

I'm currently going to a weekly hoop class and jam with some cool cats in my area and there are so many fun events to…  

haha I just realized that all of my journal entry titles are very enthusiastic with exclamation marks at the end of each of them. Hooping is really exciting though! I've been super busy preparing for craft sales and christmas and haven't had a chance too hoop in a couple months except for a twenty minute sessions just to get my heart rate up.

It's been raining for the last week and a half...drum circle was rained out and I've had only a few, short opportunities to get out to play with Jade-my sweet daughter- and hoop in the park. (My living room is no longer sufficient enough space to hoop as I've been learning new tricks.) I should really stop my whining and look on the bright side!

On a more positive note, the last week and a half of rain has given me plenty of time to work on and finish my "What hooping means to…  

Two days ago I learned how to hoop with my right foot...yesterday I learned how to transfer the hoop from one foot to the other. Today I think I'll take it outside! Hopefully I'll have a video or some photos to post in the next day or so.
