So frickin happy with myself today!
I got down knee hooping in 10 minutes! I was smiling like crazy.
My vortex is still crappy though. It's going to take me forever to get it because for some odd reason, after one whole spin, I get dizzy as hell. That can't possibly be normal. One - two quick spins?! I know spinning helps slow down the hoop and is suppose to keep momentum, although that sounds like a contradiction, I had to take the longest break in between hooping.
