Breathing Room

Reflecting back on what I've gained throughout my hooping journey, I realized that I have something now, that I never knew I was missing.



Space.



A bubble of air that belongs to me. A place where I can be, and exist, without worrying if I'm taking room that isn't mine, because it is.



Let me explain, if you've always had this space it might seem a little trivial. Naturally shy people have an abysmal view of their personal bubble, I'm not sure if we (or at least I)…

Hey I just saw your post on the mean hoopers thread and I can't seem to reply directly to it. I just wanted to send a big cyber-hug your way and let you know that the woman you're talking about is sooo out of line and that you shouldn't let her discourage you from making more hoop friends. Just a slight bump in the road, hopefully you won't run into her very often now. You deserve much better friends than that! And make sure to ignore that voice in your head, it doesn't seem to be worth listening to anyways :D
