I want to start teaching a beginning hoop class. My question is how to structure the class. I have never been all that great with choreography, I prefer to improvise but my thoughts would be to start…

So I like to hoop to what I perceive to be the "normal" hooping music; Dub step, Eoto Bassnectar Flux, and Jam bands, phish, Dead, SCI etc. But I have found that what really seems to move me lately…

"There are plastic-specific paints for lawn chairs and such. The ones in the Krylon Fusion line look good - lots of colors and two metallics. I would imagine they'd stay on pretty well since they are meant for lawn…"
