Yesterday was one of the first days in a week that 1~ it wasn't Snaining( snow raining ) and 2~ the wind wasn't gusting up to 60 mph so Opal feel asleep in the car and I got her into the house cozied up with her GG ( great grammy) and I hit outside with my hoop. We have a really nice front garden with some good ol' fashioned spring flowers and some old chunks of 100 year old cottonwoods that we had to cut down a couple of years ago which coincidently make PERFECT hoop time perches. I am SO excited! I went shopping yesterday and got hoop supplies.... 2 1/2 100 psi rolls, 2 3/4 inch rolls and 1-1inch roll! I already have them all cut up... I made sets of mini's with one of the 1/2 inch rolls, then kids/trick hoops with the other roll. Then I made class/trick hoops with the 3/4 inch... also beginner/heavy hoops with the 1 inch rolls. How often do you hoop? everyday between 30 minutes to 3 or 4 hours

Fire It Up

So this is a quick one but I am officially starting my tone up for good routine.... Opal is almost 2 and life has been a bunch of stress for about a year and a half.... things have FINALLY started to be more manageable for my life and my body has definitely NOT gotten back into shape after my daughter was born. I plan to monitor my process from week to week. I am about 30 lbs tooooo heavy for my liking! Here I go!

Natalie McAnulla said… oh def not:) im in the last two months of my pregnancy. i am def not into that much of a workout right now. i also own an herb store back home in lawrence, ks, and right now we are still working out our first inventory AND my manager just quit so im having to hire and train a new one, which means a third triemester trip to kansas. im wayyyyy to busy for hoopin fun....for any fun right now sadly.
but those ppl make a video usually, so im sure ill see you:) and you guys will most def have lots of fun...such beautiful landscape and the joy of dancing expression sounds like perfection;)
