I would totally love to hook up and hoop wih you one of these weekends. Wai-ao is indeed beautiful, I absolutely love my life here. I don't have a shop (like pretty much every 'waiguoren' in Taiwan I teach English); but I do have a gorgeous loft right on the ocean. If you check out my blog you can see some pics of my mad pad and view. It's also a great place to hoop. Do you know any good spots in Taipei?
Of course I would be happy to help you learn some new moves. In fact, if you have some friends wanting to learn, maybe we could start a donations only class or something. I've taught a few of my girlfiends some things but none of them are dedicated enough to commit to a class.
On another note, i tried to check out your vid but only got a black screen. :-(
Anyway, keep in touch sista, and let me what you're schedule is like so we can figure out a good day to meet!

- Hey! Great to hear from a fellow hooper in Taiwan. You're the first one I've found and I've been looking for two years! I have an beachfront pad in Wai-Ao--a beautiful coastal tourist town. It's about an hour out of Taipei, and it's pretty mad... also an excellent spot for hooping! We'll definitely need to hook up sometime in the near future!
