This workshop can apply to any type of prop manipulation in performing as well as all levels of performers. We will focus on cultivating a performer's "bag of tricks." Come jam out with light up hoops. We'll have two lovely hours of hooping and grooving time together. This is not a class though I am happy to help you if you are a beginner. You must email me to rsvp - there are only 15 spots. You should let me know if you have your own LED hoop or you need for me to bring you one.
