new to hooping; putting your hands in the hoop?

ive only been hooping about a week, and the first thing i learned was to put my hands in the hoop when im hooping at the waist and taking them out (from the safire shimmy video i believe), anyways…

heey everybody! i'm new to hooping, i've only been doing it about two days (super new..) anyways, i watched safires tutorials and they brought me here eventually and its a really well put together…
