hey, thanks so much! Watched safire's video on shoulder hooping and got it right away. i've pretty much been obsessed with hooping for the past week. im loving it!

I think so. I've been practicing all week and feel like I can chest hoop for a few seconds before I lose it - but only with my arms inside the hoop. Oh, and it's really graceless. And I've been trying to bring it from my knees back up to my hips - though I watched a tutorial, I really have no idea how to raise it from my knees. But I'll take any tips anytime. Cheers.

I read your tip on Ali's page for chest hooping, I'm gonna try it today.

Sandra seems like a really nice person i am excited to meet her! im going to start in beginner so she can see where i am at, ive already taught myself a lot of tricks so hopefully i am ready for the advanced class but if not i will maybe just go to the in-between time where you can just hoop it up for an hour!
