I'm working on spinning in circles without getting dizzy..... I can't seem to progress in time tho.  Anyone possibly have any suggestions as to help figure out how to increase the time I can spin? I…

Hi Hoopers!I seem to have a small problem. I can hoop, I can dance, ..... however.. I seem to have a problem putting them together because I can't figure out how to go from one move to the next…
