My eight year old daughter and I will be in Asheville, NC for the first time April 1-5. Anyone have any suggestions about must see places, must do activities, or events going on at that time?
Collapsibel polypro couplers?

I just made my first attempt at a collapsible polypro hoop. I used the smaller size polypro tubing as a coupler but these do not want to slide in and out (maybe with some sanding first they would) so…

Looking for someone to go with to Electric Forest 2012??? or possibly return to roots?
It seems my friends who were supposed to go to electric forest with me overspent at a recent bachelor party and probably won't be able to afford the forest now. :( I don't mind being alone there for the most part but I don't really know that I feel comfortable being completely alone and camping alone. Is anyone else looking for someone to go with? Or if it doesn't work out I'm thinking of trying to go to return to roots instead if anyone wants to plan a carpool.

Ken Price aka hOOpnDaddy said… - Hello China! I do make special order hoops. I am trying not to get into the mass manufacturing though. I take way too much time to make that time/cost effective. I treat each one as if it was an art piece and I want the people that get them to be proud to show it off. I am REALLY like the quad hoops I make. I am so use to having the back of my minivan filled with full size hoops, it is a little odd to have 3-4 "Quad hoops" sitting in the back hardly taking up space(when they are broken down). Hope to get a Michigan "Hoop Jam" organized in the future. Spring maybe?
