Finally got the knees to waist :)

I spend 4 hrs last night after work on my hooping practice and i improve sooo much :) the hardest move for me , till yesterday was knee to waist , but no anymore , I mean i still have to perfectioned the move , but i got it :))))))I am in love also with my led hoop it looks sick ! I have to say thnks to Safire for all the videos she has :) without her i don't think i would ever be so inspired to get done with it and keep my practice everyday :)See More

"Really ? good to hear , i started with the same one 36" and now my LED is a 32" wich for me is a bit harder due to i was used to hoop with a heavier . I guess i just have to get used to it , good to talk to you !"

I LOVE to hula hooping , since i saw a girl doing it ? i couldn't wait to start !! Now i've being hooping for 4 months and i just got My LED hoop wich i totally love it !! the only thing is that is so light that make my practice a bit harder somehow ? I am just used to my first hoop wich is a bit heavy and bigger , but i still love it :) I have to accept that sometimes i feel fustraded , specially when i am doing the chest with arms and the knees to waist , i am having a bit of hard time with…
