i want to start juicing but as i am trying to learn more....im wondering if juicing is really worth it. is it any healthier to juice then to have a juice smoothie. does it get rid of the fiber? is it a ton of work? any info i would be grateful for! xo

Hi Crystal! I saw on a recent post that you have a LED hoop from Hooping Harmony. I'll be placing my order shortly there! Can I ask you a quick question? What tubing and how many batteries did you select for yours? I'm having a hard time deciding because I don't know what the weight will feel like compared to my other hoops.
