The Hoop Duel Learning Process

I did my first hooping video for the hoop duel last week. It was really hard but super fun! How can one hoop a lot better when there is no pressure? I felt it was a huge disaster but a good one too.
The hoop duel is teaching me a lot. I've quickly learned that I MUST work a lot in my flow. Add variety into my hooping routine, take my time to hoop and not try to rush and do all the tricks I know in just one spin.

Okay, so I hooped at a party for the first time and it went horribly wrong!!
First of all the hoop wasn't mine. Some chick was playing with it and my friends wanted me to hoop.
I was not sure about it because the girl was struggling with the hoop a lot. I could feel that the tubing wasn't right for her. But my friends and boyfriend were very excited and asked the girl to lend me the hoop.
It turns out that the hoop was very light and small. It felt much more unstable…
