I am looking for any ideas on how to teach a class on beg hula hoop. Any ideas would greatly helpfull..Deb T

Debra Thurlby replied to the discussion 'Teaching a beg hula hoop class'"ahhh ok sounds good. I do all the above alittle of everything. I have noticed thou some people cant do the lighter hula hoop so i have weighted one also. They just change hoops when we do tricks.

Basic isolations, revolving door. teaching them to pass it off body, spin in front of them and lasso to build of those strengths. Nice to do actual tricks to keep them interested. I would have never taken these classes that do full…"
