i ordered a Firefly LED hoop from hoopnotica what seems like forever ago. i got an email telling me it was shipped Aug 17. then a few days ago i get a voicemail from CS telling me the Firefly is on…

"no don't worry you started with the right size & weight. heavier is generally easier to learn with. i started with a BodyHoop and those are much heavier. some people start with 5 pound sports hoops. excercise just makes you sore.you using…"

Hi there! i'd like to recommend a hoop class to a friend that lives in Vegas. she is looking to enroll her daughter into some form of dance type activity. do any of you know of such a thing?

it's getting colder in my art of the world and i am suffering the early signs of hoop withdrawal. i just don't want to think about putting my hoop(s) away. no no no

chest hooping success!

today i successful hooped on the chest! and to prove it wasn't a fluke i did it again and again. still rocky, needs work for sure. have to start while spinning and can't keep it up for long. i finally got the movement when i stopped trying to do it.
