Been reading your comments about splitting hoops and I'm wondering - are you circus trained? I've trained with Bunny Star, who really emphasises the correct dish posture, plus the circular rather than front/back push. But I'm still struggling with the waist knee combo - practice needed!
Also, do you come up to Sydney much?
