"When you say with your hands, do you mean picking up the hoop off your core while waist hooping up to over head? and back down again? Just incase, while waist hooping, lets say the hoop is spinning to the left. You would pull your right (opposite)…"

"Hmmm.... While waist hooping, when I want to make the hoop go up, I shimmy side to side (rib to rib) to bring it up (make sure you move your arms up & maybe into prayer position) to get them out of the way, & eventually you can get the hoop…"

I NEED HELP!!!!!

I cant seem to figure out how to get the hoop to go up and down, I know how to bring it up and I know how to bring it back down, but when I try to keep it in a groove...it doesnt work....what do I need to do???!!!

I NEED HELP!!!!!

I cant seem to figure out how to get the hoop to go up and down, I know how to bring it up and I know how to bring it back down, but when I try to keep it in a groove...it doesnt work....what do I need to do???!!!
