Great to hear you've got going on multi-hooping. I haven't been practising this lately to be honest but it's quite something that you can get it started with a snazzy move(!); My start-up is quite clumsy in comparson.

I think I've been accumulating more injuries than skills! I've just overstretched a muscle in the same arm that I bruised from upper body hooping(!) but a good nights sleep should fix it. Actually I'm very happy with my progress and I'm very glad that I took up the mini hoops as it has been creating some cross-fertilisation in ideas i.e. I discover I can do a move on the small hoops and then see if I can work it with a bigger hoop.

It's looking like I will make the next hoop club so we'll be able to compare notes then :-)

It's good to have a record that you can track your progress against. I'm not yet in the habit of videoing my efforts. Can't say I'm stuck on anything yet as there I plenty of fronts to move forward on especially now I'm working on minis as well. I'll let you know if I need some help :-)

I'm not sure of the next date for Hoop club as the first Sunday of May is on a bank holiday weekend - is it then?

Hey thanks for the comment. Actually nothing broke. :) hehe but man did it sound good! I had a row of empty wine bottles and a vase with basil in it. Then were sent crashing into the sink of dirty dishes... yet nothing broke.
