My Gm wants me to make a hoop for his daughter for her sixth birthday (yay!)...but I don't know generally how big to make it. What is too small, and what is too big??

I need new hoop music, and limewire just isn't cutting it anymore. What sort of download programs does everyone on here use?

Hoop dance has for me, like most people who have achieved some sort of skill with it, enriched my life in ways I never thought it could. It makes me happy, it calms me down, and most importantly, it gives me something unique that I can be very proud of. I wan't necissarily insecure before, but there wasn't anything that I felt set me apart from the rest of my peers.

Beginner hoop dance level 1 – Hula hooping may have been a game you played as a kid but today it is much more than that. Hoop Dance is a fabulous fitness tool, dance form and creative way to express yourself though movement. In this class you will learn the core moves that build the foundation for Hoop Dance. You will focus on waist hooping and a series of on the body and off the body moves including a variety of lifts, jumps, and trick transitions. Hooping will help increases your flexibility, balance, and coordination. You will learn hoop flow and achieve skill while working on fitness in a playful approach. Adult size hoops are provided and for sale

Level one hoop dance Classes will be held in a six week session. Space is limited so sign up now to reserve your spot. Drop ins are welcome depending on class size.
Classes start Monday October 4th. 6:00-7:00pm Studio A
