New hooper needs help

I am a new hooper and it's amazing . I didnt do my reserch before i bought a new LED hoop and it was sent to me broken, and the man i spent my money to does not email back and no longer even has a website. I don't know many people who hoop so I was wondering if anyone could help, I'll pay someone to help.  <3
