hi hoop people, i have questions! Ive got some nasty bruises on my waist, arms and legs from learning new hoop tricks, should i give my bruises a rest? ive only been hooping for about three months…

I just saw this message! girl i just ordered some beautiful tape that i am so excited about! what colors do you want again? i will make you one asap if your still down. heads up: we meet every wednesday at shreveport bible church to practice and i teach what i know and can! we would be so happy to have you join us and the best news is that it is free. if you want to join us tomorrow it begins at 630 and we hoop til about 8. let me know if you want a hoop and i can have it ready for you before class tomorrow!
