I feel like I haven't been here on hoopcity in ages! I thought moving away from family and friends would make life boring, but it certainly hasn't, only more busy. I HAVE found the time to bring the love of hooping to my niece, sister, and mom though, 3 ladies who claimed there was NO way they could hoop, they had tried and failed. In just 15 minutes I had these ladies not only doing it, but loving it! Especially my little 7 year old niece. She reminds me so much of myself, she couldn't sit…  

After taking a little time away from hooping due to sinus issues, I'm back in the hoop and feeling so good. I've mastered waist hooping, floating and passing, hip hooping, hand hooping, and the upwards corkscrew (though obviously correct terminology may not be my strong point lol). Still working with getting the hoop from the waist to the torso and bringing it down from the halo, but in time I'm sure. Can't wait for the weather to cool down here in Houston so that being outdoors doesn't feel so…
