My LED came today..a perfect little break from writing my dissertation proposal...Unfortunately, the blue lights gave out right after this little romp...Now's it's purely fire...no little bits of water.

I just came in from hooping (for about 45 minutes).  None of it was pretty.  I played with my beautiful intermediate-sized hoop for a bit and my over taped, over weight, little hoop.  I don't know the dimensions.  I signed on for Hooping.org's 30/30 challenge, but I fell off the hoop wagon, not to mention the yoga, good food, and breath-work wagons, this week.  I have felt pretty miserable for the past few days, and I'm only partially sure why that could be.  My energy dropped, I've been pissy,…
