Do you buy hoops or make your own? Make! $30, travel hoops $50 =]

Have you lost weight since starting to hoop? YES! I can hardly keep up. Got too skinny for awhile.

What size is your favorite hoop? My favorite hoop is 32” diameter, 5/8 inch polypo

Are you comfortable hooping by yourself in a public place? Totally.

How did you learn the majority of the tricks you know today? YOUTUBE.

Who is your favorite hoop teacher? All those who post videos online. I can’t name one!

What advice would you give to beginner hoopers? Practice practice pratice! The more you drop the hoop the more you are learning!

Do you fire hoop? If not, do you want to? No, I would love to try

Do own an LED hoop? Where did you get it?Yes, from LED Creations. It is AMAZING

How much time do you spend on hoopcity? I usually get on every morning for a bit!

What was the first trick you learned (besides waist hooping)? I guess the Beam Me Up?

What is the last trick you mastered? Behind the back toss

What trick so far was the hardest for you to learn? The backbend shoulder duckout where the hoop goes over your face. Determined to get it down consistently.

Which one are you finding is almost impossible to get? Nothing is impossible! I know with enough practice I'll get it.

How many hoopers would you say live in your town/city? I know there are lots of you out there! Hoop Groop gets bigger every week.

Have you performed hooping in front of an audience? Yes. So fun.

Has anyone told you you were too old to be playing with a hula hoop? No. There are a few haters out there though.

What’s the worst injury you’ve acquired from the hoop? Reversals gave me a chronic shoulder problem, but I changed my technique and fixed it.

Have you ever hooped naked? No thanks! great for some people, but not for me!

Have you been to a hoop camp/retreat? Which one? I WISH! Hope to make Hoop Camp this year!
