Definitely splits and frog. I do them pretty much everyday. Straddle with a side bend is always nice too.

Hi Hoopers! My boyfriend and I are traveling around Europe from May to September. Any festivals/classes/jams we should check out? We are currently in London, heading to Amsterdam next week. No set plans after that.
