- Who's hoop style do you love? i.e. Who inspires you?
- Baxter, Navessal (The girl from the Wt Loss/hooping video)
- What is your goal for 2013 and why is it important? (Doesn't have to be hoop related.)
- Get more toned, establish a regular group hooping practice if it works out. I can be fairly flexible as long as it's not in direct heat/sun. By the end of 2012 I'd like to be happy with my progress with it despite having very little area to practice. (I'm going to try and figure out how to make a smaller one like 24 in or something to learn off body with first and hopefully some dance along with it.)
I'm new, have a lot to learn, including how to get past the soreness part, does everyone's hands get sore in the beginning? I'm thinking of making myself a smaller hoop/weight just to start out on the off body stuff so the soreness is more gradual from the hoop hitting things or would that help or not? (I have some inflammation issues so I might be more sensitive, I don't know.) Thoughts?
