I joined 3 yrs ago and did some of SaFires video tutorials but it all go put on hold when I got married and had my twins. I would love some help with isolations, stalls and reversals. This is the first week i've picked up a hoop in years so i'm trying to get back in the groove before this Saturday up the mountain! Our LED hoops will be here tomorrow!

     Hope your comin' to hoop in QBeach for the Oct 23rd Workshop "Shasta Hoop Fitness" is hosting with Nicole of Pixie Hoops 2-4pm ??!!!    We have to connect eventually... I'm not to computer savvy still !!!
