"To answer your question, I acutally use all the moves I have learned. Its expanding what I am able to do with my hoop, or the inablility I should say, at this point to do that which gets me discouraged."

The interview with Baxter about his work inspired me to go back into blindfolded hooping. I felt guided to practice blindfolded in the first few months after I started hooping. But I thought it was too advanced a technique for a beginner.I ended up putting down my hoop for a while,but now realize that to feel into my practice is what I need to do. Practicing blindfolded again reminded me that my hooping journey has been one of healing, discovering the wisdom and power of the sacred circle,…
