A few years back I picked up a hula hoop at a party and honestly I didnt stop twisting, turning and swiveling for about 45 minutes. Nevermind, the cocktails and the party food and favors....I was a a blissful kid again swirling in hooping heaven.



I hear this story quite often, mostly from grown ups who have somehow found their way back into the presence of their own hearts, their minds, their lives, and the center of themselves, using a hoop.
