"There are probably better options for online/distance learning. Check out the SaFire teacher training, there is a manual, dvd, and projects to help you become a better teacher. I haven't done it yet,but it looks pretty fantastic."

I don't know much about hooping, other than I saw it for my first time this summer and thought it was amazing.
I tried it out myself and am able to walk a little bit while keeping the hoop up haha

So in the past few months I've been practicing twice a week, and... I haven't really learned anything new. There was a week where I learned 4 moves in that one week, but other than that, it's been a plateau. This month marks my one year anniversary of making my very first hoop. For about 6 months it was up and up and up, and then I hit a plateau. And it's still there.
