I dont know if i am improving or not. i see my vids and i see some stuff i am getting better at, but i keep trying to get the knee hooping and today i am not successful. maybe i should visit my tutorials

Chest Hooping

so i just learned chest hooping yesterday. it took me an entire hour before i felt what i was supposed to feel when attempting the move. i had an epiphany.

still cant smoothy do the left or move around where i look dancey, but i will get there

So i am a left side hooper. I can waist hoop, angle hoop, bring the hoop from halo to my waisteand sometimes can get it back up. tried to do the corkscrew.
