I've been going to the chiropractor for 4 weeks now and I feel so much better! He has uncovered a few things during my treatments.



1. I have a broken rib that healed funny ( I never knew I broke it)

2. I have 5 sets of ribs that are out of place.

3. I have permanent damage to my spine in the area between my shoulder blades. (No wonder that was always sore!)

4. My shoulders don't sit right.

5. My collarbones were collapsed inward.

6. My knees are hyper flexible and…  

Wow what a day! Work is absolute craziness....it has to get better soon. I guess this is what happens when a business changes owners and the owners throw the new employees into the deep end. Good thing I know how to swim ;)



Finished taping my new minis today!!!!! For my birthday my amazing friend Kristen "Scarlet" Teffeteller made me a set of 20" minis and set me loose in her tape collection :):):):):):):):):):) Right now I can only spin my minis for 15 minutes before my body tells me…  

I've recently decided that it was time to see a chiropractor. Boy oh boy was that fun! I went in on Tuesday for my consultation and x-rays. When I told him that my entire body hurt he looked at me a little weird. After all I'm only 25 (26 on Saturday) and had a smile on my face. Then he started poking and prodding.... After he listed everything that was inflamed, swollen, squished, pinched he told me that he would have to wait for the x-rays before he could adjust me. He told me all about the…  

1. Post videos of my hooping :)

2. Incorporate my dance skills into my hooping.

3. Give up Red Bull and sugar.

4. Help Kristen start a hoop group in Murfreesboro :D

5. Grow my business in all areas.

6. Start getting paid to do hair for photo shoots, music videos, and performances.

7. Let go of all of the things that are blocking my creativity and flow!
