This is my blog to share my passion for hoop dance with the world. Hoop dance, if you didn't already know, is the manipulation or danceform with a circular object or "hoop" used as a dance partner or prop. Many people all over the world are involved in hoop dance. The hoop has a long history, which pre-dates the 1950s hula hooping fad by several thousand years.

I'd like to introduce as many people to hoop dance as possible, and meet as many people who hoop as possible.
