Trainees will be introduced to our unique and effective instructional language, with an emphasis on how to teach kinesthetic, visual and auditory learners. Learn how to teach beginner moves such as Waist and Hip Hooping, Halos and Passing, Floats and Corkscrews. Move beyond your waist to make hooping a total body, core-conditioning system that can be taught to all levels.Level 1 Training Prerequisites ~ At a minimum, be proficient in Waist Hooping, Halos & Floats*Level 2: Our Level 2 one-day training advances the movement, skills and language learned in the foundational Level I curriculum. Trainees will learn how to teach advanced beginner moves such as Hand Off Corkscrews, Chest & Shoulder Hooping, Thigh Hooping and Angles. An emphasis is placed on developing grace, learning how to isolate different motion segments and increasing cardiovascular output. Move beyond your waist to make hooping a total body, core-conditioning system that can be taught to all levels.Level 2 Training Prerequisites ~ At a minimum, be proficient in Floats & Corkscrews*Re Prerequisites: * A portion of the training is dedicated to getting you up to speed on these moves. That said, it helps to attend the training with a basic proficiency of these skills. I'm stuck in a loop with the hula hoop. When I was a little girl I was abused in every which way. Often I was grounded to my bedroom, with two bathroom visits and a dinner release. In my bedroom held my boom box. Loud music would draw my angry step father towards my room. But I had to dance, so from a young age I would take a few preventable beatings so I could dance in my bedroom. I haven't posted for a very long time, but I have something worth sharing.  In the last couple of years, I have advanced enough to start teaching and I absolutley love my classes.  All my students are wonderful its the most favorite part of my week. Through a very unfortunate series of events, every hoop I own, including my hoops for students, were taken and no longer in my possession.
