I'm asking for an old student of mine.  She was wondering who makes the largest LED available.  The largest I have been able to find is a Cosmic Hooper Hoop for $150.  The size was 42 inches.…

Hoop Tape Combos

Posted on February 27, 2011 at 5:07pm 0 Comments

One of my favourite parts of being a hoop maker is allowing others to describe their dream hoop and I get to grant their wish. I really do love it! The weird thing is, often times I'm asked about Colours X, Y and Z. I cringe, snap a photo and send it along to the client. They tell me what they would like based on this "swatch" and I begin taping. Again... I cringe. I think that these colours are going to be awful and ask how someone could have such ugly taste...

But you know what,…

Sore Body = No Hooping

Posted on January 29, 2011 at 8:48am 2 Comments

My back hurts.  Bad.  I hurt it this week.  Not sure what happened... I think when I went to my 5 year olds school for literacy day that I maybe messed it up bending down... or maybe when he jumped up on me there.  Not sure, but oooh maaaaan! My back hurt!

I made an emergency apt with my chiro that I've been seeing for years and I promise that the only other time I've felt this type of pain recently was when I was tboned by the semi.

I haven't been able to hoop for four days…

Where oh where have our hoops traveled?

I thought it would be neat if we started sharing where all we have shipped our hoops. I started keeping track and using Google Maps to log the hoops. It's an ongoing project, but well worth it to see how far we have spread the Hoop Love! =) Makes me feel warm and tingly!

Make sure to zoom out.…

When is it ok to complain?

Posted on November 16, 2010 at 8:00pm 1 Comment

I'm really curious about this. I appreciate that hoopers can be positive people. Often times, hoopers I meet just exude the stuff. But what happens when it's not all peaches and cream? When is it ok to share your review of a company and when is it not acceptable? Why is it ok for some people to share their opinions, but others are automatically judged for sharing theirs? If someone views their experience as a negative one, why are we not allowed to share it? Why are we not allowed to look…

Hi Doll! I am completely rebuilding my website as we speak. It should be back up very soon. I don't really know what I'm doing to it's kind of trial and error. Emphasis on the error. Perhaps I can help you in the meantime though. Were you looking for something in particular? Hugs and love to you Sister!!!
