"I'm right-handed but isolate with my left hand because I hoop clockwise.

Hi everyone, I'm a left handed hooper, and I've been trying to learn isopops but I'm having a difficult time, it hit me when I watched the videos and the way the hoops were moving. If I am isolating with my left hand, do I move the hoop clockwise or counter clockwise????See More
