"I'm right-handed but isolate with my left hand because I hoop clockwise. As Jane said, isolate clockwise, popping to the right. Isolating counterclockwise is good for iso barrels and transitioning to or from vertical duck-ins!"

"You can do both directions, it's just a different movement. Something a poi friend told me once, and it has helped me in many ways is to learn a trick with your non-dominant hand, and your dominant hand will largely follow along once you get it."
