"The best hoops for beginners are the black pe tubing, typically in a 3/4inch diameter. I would recommend the 160 psi, as it is a little heavier and therefor rotates slower making it easier. You can buy this in 100 ft rolls at hardware stores as well…"

I moved from Indiana to Los Angeles in August of 2012. I was interested in hooping before I moved, but living in LA has given me a new zest for life. I want to start hooping to have a healthy and fun hobby.
