Well, it's been a journey and it's just starting. For those who have seen my posts, I was kind of frustrated the first day I tried hooping. And that was about 2 weeks ago. On my 2nd or 3rd day I found this community and it totally changed my view. Sharing with great women who went through the same thing, watching some videos, gave me hope and kept me going. Still, I wasn't making much progress on my own.
I kept coming back and I know I will come here on a regular…

- i think weight in your hoop helps beginners, when i first started i got the 5lb. hoop with the bumps(i don't recommend) but it helped to get me to understand and rhythm of the movement.and i still use it when i don't have a lot of time. also music is key, stare at a point on the wall,feel the hoop all the way around. and at first, it helped me to tuck my butt in. happy hooping
