I've seen ALL fabric hoops, no tape at all. That's what I want to know how to keep on. How to adhere the fabric?"

StudentAmy the Industrial Hooper said… - My zentai suit is from Milanoo! It's a standard small, which is a little loose around my wrists and ankles. I also got eye holes and a detachable hood. According to a zentai forum, Milanoo is not known for great quality or for being dependable, but they're pretty cheap and I just wanted to give it a try, you know?
