Anew Respect for Beginner Hoopers

I've been hooping for about a year now and feel that I have grown a lot but there was something missing...a good reverse flow.  I decided to start training myself to hoop in the "oposite" direction then I normally hoop. HOLY COW I never imagined it to be this hard.  I feel like I did a year ago when I first started hooping...awkward, sloppy and slightly frustrated.  It's amazing to see what I take for granted now that I'm an experienced hooper.  All the "small" things you really don't think…

With 2011 coming to a close here soon I feel it's time for me to close yet another chapter in my life in order to start a new one for the coming year that's creeping around the corner.  

Here recently I have come to a realization about myself; I'm holding myself back, I'm keeping myself from growing, I am my own excuse for not achieving my dreams and reaching my full potential in all that I do.  I doubt myself and my ability to be something great, something more then just "that girl…
