All my classes are mixed level, there are beginners to advanced in each one! THey are drop-in basis, I will build with you on each one you attend, sometimes you may have to help me remember what we've gone over, since this is how it is for all my students! YOu'll LOVE the classes!!! Just come to any of the 3 that fit into your schedule!!! I'd love to make you a lighter hoop too! I just got a TON of beautiful tapes yesterday!!!!!

I'm stuck in a loop with the hula hoop. When I was a little girl I was abused in every which way. Often I was grounded to my bedroom, with two bathroom visits and a dinner release. In my bedroom held my boom box. Loud music would draw my angry step father towards my room. But I had to dance, so from a young age I would take a few preventable beatings so I could dance in my bedroom. I haven't posted for a very long time, but I have something worth sharing. In the last couple of years, I have advanced enough to start teaching and I absolutley love my classes. All my students are wonderful its the most favorite part of my week. Through a very unfortunate series of events, every hoop I own, including my hoops for students, were taken and no longer in my possession.
