I started hooping ...when I made my first hoop and joined this online community, around the same time I began the journey of my 4th pregnancy. Well I didn't get as far with my hooping as I had hoped, mostly due to a loose ligament in my SI joint and a busy summer with three kids...I am happy to announce that baby was born, a little boy Namkha "Rhythm" Bliss.
