I looked around on here but I didn't see much about this so my apologies if I overlooked something.I was wondering if anyone has had any problems with flying and having used wicks in their luggage?…

Hey I was wondering if anyone has bought their tubing from The Drip Store/dripirrigation.comthey have 250 ft of 3/4" 160 psi tubing for $39 and 500 ft for $66 they have other sizes as well. It's $20…

"covering the wicks helps -- they can't see the wick and don't know to look for it. but also, you can wrap the wicks in turkey bags *under* the cloth if you're really concerned and that will help cut down on odor. of course, fuels like…"

"I just flew with mine last week and didn't have any trouble, like Caroleeena said, just make sure they don't smell bad, put em in a bag and you'll be fine."

Would you call yourself a beginner, intermediate or advanced hooper? intermediate

How often do you hoop? I generally hoop daily, I have been late for work before because I just had to hoop.

Do you have an indoor hoop space? almost, I can do a few things in our spare room but the light fixture/fan are to low for comfort...

Is there a hoop group where you live? I don't think so? But I think one's beginning to form...

Did you start it? n/a

Would you say that you are obsessed with or addicted to hooping? absolutely

Have you posted hooping videos? How many? not yet

Do you have friends nearby to hoop with? nope, but I've given the boyfriend orders that he HAS to tell me if he sees anyone with a hoop.

Do you teach hooping? If so, how many people have you taught? nope

What kind of songs do you listen to while hooping? anything from Jefferson Airplane to a friends metal band.

What is your favorite song right now? hm...

Do you buy hoops or make your own? make my own... it's kind of a problem, I can't stop...

Have you lost weight since starting to hoop? I'm not really sure

What size is your favorite hoop? 3/4 inch pex tubing i think... somewhere between 32 and 36 inches

Are you comfortable hooping by yourself in a public place? absolutely

How did you learn the majority of the tricks you know today? I believe I learned a lot of them from SaFire's tutorials on youtube and from playing around

Who is your favorite hoop teacher? again, the lovely SaFire

What advice would you give to to beginner hoopers? just relax and feel it, it'll come.

Do you fire hoop? If not, do you want to? no, but I will definitely have to some day

Do own an LED hoop? Where did you get it? Yes! From Trick Concepts

How much time do you spend on Hoop City Hooping Community? to much :-p

What was the first trick you learned (besides waist hooping)? the lasso

What is the last trick you mastered? chest hooping to one shoulder hooping

What trick so far was the hardest for you to learn? chest hooping/head duck out

Which one are you finding is almost impossible to get? leg hooping for sure, just kinda slides right down...

How many hoopers would you say live in your town/city? well... two for sure.

Have you performed hooping in front of an audience? nope

Has anyone told you you were too old to be playing with a hula hoop? haha nope

What’s the worst injury you’ve acquired from the hoop?
Have you ever hooped naked? yes, it's wonderful and soooo freeing!

Have you been to a hoop camp/retreat? Which one? nope, this may be the year though!

Had a wonderful hoop session tonight, the first one in a while-I was separated from my hoops for two weeks! Also, the first true hoop session at the new place. I have to say, even though I lost a living room and garage to hoop in it's lovely to have a yard. Especially a fenced in one.

Now I'm getting ready to fly back to MN for a week. I'm so excited; coming back to my new LED Hoop (they sent it to my previous address instead of my current- so glad we still have a roommate that lives…
