This is a great lesson for every hooper to experience. This happened to me when I made a tiny hoop to try and bring to public dance areas that were usually too crowded. It was a sweet process to make it "hoopable"

I think i was trying to hoop as fast as humanly possible! ...i got really dizzy towards the end..and now its becoming an issue. tone it down a bit maybe next time ;)

New member..but not new to hooping

I just discovered this site and am in eternal bliss with all the new material and all of my NEW FRIENDS! I live in a town where hula hooping has already been saturated with teachers and shows galore. Yet, all that I have learned has been off of youtube and sites like these! Thankfully, since I was always too poor to attend a class. All I want to do with my time is learn new tricks, find out what the best sizes and weights are for performance hooping. As well as get connected with all you…
