I so can't dance

Why do I find it so hard to dance with the hoop? I feel like I have so many tricks now but I still don't feel comfortable dancing. It's like I can only do one trick than another but there is no fluid movement in between. Help!

- Hey Kelly, thanks for the add! Oh boy, it took me a LOOOONG time to upload all that music on my playlist and I was trying to edit all the songnames and artists and it kept screwing up!!!
But the song "Traveler" is by Spankalicious!! The album is called "The Acorn"! Hopefully today I can get all the song and artist info added! Gotta give credit to these killer awesome artists!
