Doing the wrong thing for all the right reasons

The combination of almost cutting dairy out of my diet and the weather being nice enough to hoop outside is having some awesome effects on my body and skin... I am loving the hell out of it. What I don't love is not being able to eat cheese and ice cream and butter on everything like I used to... oh and milk, how I miss you! But I can't get over what is IN dairy products... If you were to slap a grilled cheese in front of me or pour me a lovely glass of milk, I wouldn't even be able to…
