Half way there!!

I did it! I lost 10 lbs even with muscle gain! I am halfway to my goal of 145. I was working out once a day about four times a week but last week i upped it to two workouts a day four times a week. In the morning before school I do the daily workout from Bodyrocktv and then in between classes i do my normal workout at the gym, a mixture of lifting and cardio.
