It's Nov 12th, to celebrate world hoop day, but it's a multi prop event, with a talent showcase featuring perfomances by lots of Hoop City members, including our lovely and supremely talented founder SaFire, Snowzilla, Sheena Machina, and myself amongst others.
Then we have an open jam for the rest of the night, with a sick DJ! It's a licensed venue, and it's huge! (The old Skatepark on 118th ave, which is now Avenue Theatre).
You can meet lots of fellow hoopers in the community and get some inspiration for your new hoop troupe. Tickets are just $10 in advance.

Hi Kandi,
Sorry it took me so long to get back to you....I didn't even notice that you asked about my LED hoop. It's the All Lite LED hoop from Fire Mecca (http://www.firemecca.com/p-1090-all-lite-led-hoop.aspx). I'm not sure about other LED hoops, but I feel like this one might be on the heavier side. I love how many options I have with it, but now that I am starting to use polypro and smaller hoops, my 37" LED hoop is realy big and heavy to me. Hope this helps. : )
